How it works…

Since the year, 2000, we have led a Saturday or Sunday morning Bluegrass Gospel Sing and Jam® at Bluegrass Festivals up and down the east coast. We usually gather in front of the stage or under the spectator tent, with pickers of all levels joining us. For those who wish to sing a-along, we provide and give away a free songbook with 15 Bluegrass Gospel Songs which include the chords. In addition, we provide a short time of preaching and prayer for the folks who are missing their home church in order to be at a weekend festival. We do not typically take the stage or use the festival sound system but instead bring our own amplification and stay on the same level as those we are ministering to. Promoters typically provide a time slot an hour before the first stage show on the last full day of the festival. In addition, promoter’s give us a space to set up a booth and provide us complimentary festival tickets and a place to camp during the festival. In return, we carry the flyers for the festivals we do and help to promote them on social media, our website and by word of mouth. We love the bluegrass community and we seek to serve their spiritual needs.
